So far I am loving being here at DTM. I love antiques so I love this old building. My house is full of antiques. My daughter wishes we had more modern things in our house, but I like the older things because they are unique. The picture to the left is my children (Payton 8 & Lexie 12). I love learning new things and I love teaching others new things too. I love reading, mostly expository text. Tell us about yourself. What do you like to do? What is your favorite subject? It is ok if you don't say math, science, or social studies:)

Well Takyia I hope your thinking about math and social studies change before the end of the year. I will do my best to make it easy to understand and fun. I think you will like our travels around the Western Hemisphere in social studies this year. We are going to have passport and parties to celebrate each new country we study.
